There will be a tournament or kind of challenge in Dubai, it is for our country independent day celebration, and they make it in 2 days for different categories, i chose the least so i can go further a bit rather than in high level or even intermediate and many players faking their levels and choose intermediate while they are high, and i do always feel in tension in matches like those, so i will give it a try and see if the tension is there or i changed.

I will try to relax and just don't think about anything, even if i lose from the first game or all games i just will try to be relaxed, sometimes i played against normal level opponents and i can beat them but with tension i lose without me knowing how and why, don't tell me it is not good at all because i know it is really bad and not making me any good level, but this kind of mood or mentality happened with me automatically in my situations not just table tennis, so it is something else i have to treat regardless what is my level in TT.

Warming up sometimes is about making your body and mind ready for the games, sometimes it may tell you how the opponent way of returning or his style somehow, but in all cases just try not give this warming up more than it should be, the main one is the matches/games and not the warming up, i may warm up for full 1 hour with great results and i may lose in matches easily, so it is pointless then.

Wish you good luck in matches!

Shadow drills can help the body warm up fairly fast. For ball touch, you need table time for that. But practicing serves or bouncing a ball on the racket can really help.

Practicing the first thing Marcos Freitas does in the video below against a wall can also help you get ball feel faster:
