Hurricane 3 or Hurricane 3 Neo

This might be already answered but I cannot find any information about this. If Hurricane 3 Neo is just a factory tuned (boosted plus glue) Hurricane 3 and as most players say that H3N needs boost then what is the difference from a Hurricane3 (non NEO) that is boosted from the player? What is the reason to buy H3N instead of H3 if you are going to boost?

Strictly speaking, there is no reason to buy the Neo version over the non-Neo version since they are physically identical. IQ tax, so to speak.

That's not true in my experience with Neo/Non Neo (both blue sponges). Blue Sponge National Non Neo has porous sponge, while Neo BS National has a totally different sponge
