It could likely be the cause, but the dimensions are only different my a few millimetres
If you mean values in card, Other two dimensions are not head size,
1st one is thickness (the number about 5.88-5.91)
2nd one is balance point (it's different because head is a tiny bit lighter, handle is same probably, so balance points very very little differs)
3rd one is ball jump height (they let ball fall from some heigh, possibly 360mm)
4th percentage is percentage of energy give back, or ratio of ball jump height to initial height
so most solid indication for weight in the card is thickness.
