I am sure there is a lot of whistles to blow in some countries. There are some that is heavily involved with corruption, match fixing and banned substances.
Igor's motherland should be pretty worried. I do hope the 7 year banned by WADA for the state sponsored (pushed) doping scandal has finally stopped.
