Jang Woojin (korean: 장우진; born September 10, 1995 in Incheon) is a player in the South Korean national table tennis team. The participant of the 2021 Olympic Games in Tokyo, as part of the South Korean team, took 4th place, reached the 1/8 finals in singles. Four-time World Championships medalist and silver medalist at the Team World Cup 2019 in Tokyo. Winner (2018, doubles) and overall three-time winner of the ITTF World Tour Grand Finals. Silver medalist of the Asian Games-2019 as part of the South Korean team, winner (2021, team category) and seven-time winner of the Asian Championships in total. Winner (2017, mixed doubles) and three-time winner of the World Summer Universiade 2017. Winner of the 2013 Youth World Championship in singles and also a two-time winner of tournaments. The absolute winner of the unofficial world championship among cadets - ITTF World Cadet Challenge-2010 in Hyderabad in all three categories - singles, doubles and team. Winner and multiple prize-winner of the Asian Youth Championships. In 2018, he set a record for ITTF World Tour tournaments - he won the Korea Open-2018 tournament in all three categories - singles, men's and mixed doubles.The best place in the world ranking - No. 9 in May 2019.
