Off the top of my head, Chen Qi did that as well when he was about to leave the CNT. Not all that uncommon.

lol,

there are very immature commentators who are stiring up news, especially when LGY took photo wearing the clubs outfit.

Firstly, LGY and LJK joined the German club in June (or July) of this year. Only one of them can play in a Champions League match (they can alternative different matches, but only 1 can play on that match), the club wanted some safety net, so signed both players. There was media announcements later on, but I think these stiring news for traffic people probably didn't know, or likely purposely didn't want to use that context, so for traffic, they opt for putting up the message of "has LGY retired from the national team".

so many other CNT players are in French Pro A, but have no relations to them leaving CNT.

However, LGY to me is close to the end of his career, and LJK would probably stay longer.

LGY playing for a German club in the European Champions League (not German league) could of been LJK. And from this, I can't see any relevence directly link to him having left the national team when the decision was made earlier this year.

Having said that, LGY time in CNT will be limited for sure. But it doesn't equates to current CNT players, playing in Europe means, they are leaving the CNT.

This was LGY's first appearance with Mühlhausen and it may have been his last - the team lost in the tie-break (despite LGY winning all his matches) and got eliminated from the Champions League. They continue the season in the lower-level "Europe Cup" (16 teams) and could use LGY or LJK there, but whether the club will find that worth the expense remains to be seen.

other teams may want to sign him.
so he could still have more CL matches in the future.
we will wait and see.

Sure, but that would have to be in future seasons - in ETTU players need to be nominated for a team by the main registration deadline and aren't allowed to switch mid-year.

"3.6 A player shall compete only for one team, participating in ETTU club competitions, in the period starting the day before the first round of the competition until the day after the last match in the competition."

yes, that is why I stated future, as in next season.
