2. There are some standards to adhere to to get approval.

I suspect this manufacturer does not do both parameters.

How do you think it will act though? I feel like depending on the stiffness of the pips, either
a. absolutely nothing will happen, and play (almost) like inverted
b. the pimples disrupt the ball so much it's nearly impossible to read
c. the disruption is so much it sends the ball to oblivion
