Looking for an inner blade with small head size

Hi everyone, I love my Andro Synteliac VCI OFF and I am looking for a similar not too fast/High control inner blade, but with a smaller headsize 150*157 in order to be be more handle heavy and not so much head heavy, thanks for your ideas !

I think Pro 03 feels very different, and feels quite head light. That's the reason i didn't like it.

I don't have the 03, but 05 feels pretty heavy compared to Pro 01. If 03 has a balance similar to 01 (maybe @TensorBackhand can check?) then it's a Viscaria-like balance.

Could you give me the weight of your Pro 03 that felt lighter than your pro 05 ? I can choose a specific weight so I would like to know your feeling about this. for reference I am used to FZD ALC 90 grams, thanks !

I think mine was 91 or 92g. But you could go for a 88g-90g and be fine.

But basically the 03 feels different from 01 and 05. 03 is by far the flexiest of the 3. It has a flexy feeling more along the lines of Long5. But compared to Long5, it feels more headlight, feels shorter.

I prefer the "long" feeling of HL5. HL5 feels more like a tennis racket while 03 feels more like a squash racket.

I think that DHS 301 has a little head size. My R9 and R7, previously on a Loki w81, are way larger than the blade head.

If you really want to keep your current blade, draw a template from a CAD software:
1- with that template, built 2 heads you will stick to both sides of the blade, the most common technique in luthery is to glue the heads on tape, and stick the whole thing on your blade so it can be unsticked easily
2- re-shape it by first using a Dremel multi-tool, they've also released a nice tool for those small works, the moto-saw or "scie à chantourner" in french. Maybe you know someone that has one ? https://www.dremel.com/gn/en/p/dremel-moto-saw-f013ms20ja
