@Tony's Table Tennis i find the point about just using the forearm, rotating not changing the height and shoulder line really interesting. I paid attention to see if i did it, and it works quite well and it feels stable afterwards.
What about slow spinny loops with more arc? And when facing backspin from a chopper? I saw some players that seem to lift more with the body and legs on those cases. Whats your opinion?
