How about Xiom Omega 8 China is it too hard or too heavy, I am considering upgrading to this rubber I have ordered one. Please suggest, I am using penhold blade - horimoto super zlc Chinese Penhold. Thanks
O8C has a hard-ish feel, when compared to Tau 2. Personally I don’t think it feels too hard and I like the feedback it gives. But everyone feels things differently!!
Regarding weight, I haven’t weighed my set up, or the sheet cut / uncut before gluing. My blade has a slightly longer handle than a std blade, It’s a SDC blade(s) [I have 4 SDC blades and they all have longer handles.] I like tacky and hybrid rubbers and with the denser sponges the bat can feel top heavy. To counter this head heavy feel, the handles are longer to help balance the feel / weight of the bat when held.
As you have ordered one you’ll soon find out!! I hope you like it !!

I am looking for a hybrid rubber on my forehand blade is viscaria alc, some things I need it to be
It should be durable
Price Performance Ratio
Not too expensive like 09c or k3
Thanks in advance

I'll give a shout out to Codexx EF 54 from Gewo which I just started using again. In the US you can get codex for like $37 on ebay, and I've always found Gewo rubbers to be quite durable despite me not taking the best care of them. Codexx EF 54 is also an older style, tackier hybrid which I feel tend to last longer than the new euro less tacky hybrids.
