Looking for weekend single tournaments in Western Europe for TTR ~1700

Hi, I am now looking for weekend single tournaments in Western Europe to fly there, play, and return to North West UK. Prefer to play in a round-robin so that a number of matches with players that's is in similar level with me (estimated TTR is 1700) is guranteed. Would consider any European city that is within 2 hours of the flight. any suggestions?

In France we have open tournaments basically everywhere all summer. For official tournaments you would need a license from the federation.

Is that based on a certain level? looking for tournaments that people with similar level would join.

a lot of official or sanction tournaments required registration.
and international players will likely require registration via the national federations (not sure if Brexit has forced it with sports)

I am not into those competition that involves national rantings and ranking, but rather smaller regional tournament that just gather a bunch of similar level player and play. So I am hoping to look for some tournament which has rather flexible entry and I can use my ranking in UK as reference to enter a certain level of the league.

I have no idea what ttr 1700 would translate into in French ratings. But the summer tournaments I went to, in a rural area, there were players from lowest local leagues up to 5th national level. So semipro. I imagine the niveau would be better in urban areas.
