Counter Hit, Counter Drive, I am not sure if these two are the same or different. But they are different than Counter Loop. All of them have topspin, but only the Counter Loop has REAL topspin. Counter Hit and Counter Drive may have some, but the topspin is relatively light.

So, I am not sure what would be meant by Counter Topspin either. It could just refer to a Counter Loop but perhaps it could also refer to a Counter Hit or a Counter Drive. :)

It depends on who is using the terms. TT descriptions are not defined anywhere. So it's a matter of what the speaker or writer intended.
Counter-anything usually means returning a shot using the same stroke as the original. So a Counter-loop generally means returning an incoming loop with a another loop as in 'loop to loop' exchanges. And so on.
Or we may say that a player may counter an incoming drive with a smash or a loop or a punch.
