guys ths myt sound really amateursh and stupd...but how to forget about losses and return to practse the next day wth same energy?...esp after losses where you just played very lttle of what you are actually capable of?...have been practsng for 2-3 yrs...but have played n less tournaments.so am havng problems mentally about ths.

Losing because playing badly can be quite disheartening. At times you feel like giving up TT all together. But, that's sports for you. You have good days, and you have not so good days. My advice is you have to get back on the saddle quickly. Get into more tourneys, gain experience playing TT competitively more. It's always easier to play against really good players than not so good ones, where you tend to play safe and too controlled. Train those easy shots that you missed immediately I say. Get back into groove, and go for more tourneys. :)
