Hi,
1 month ago got a pair of Mizunos Wave Medal 8s. The shoes are great, but I'm encountering a problem during extreme lateral movements and I think It's because they are bigger and wider than the size I should have picked. So the problem is that, at lateral movements, during wide fh the right shoe insole moves to the exterior of the shoe.
I think this is happening not only because the shoe is quite wide, but also because I sweat too much, and if the insole is a bit wet it glides over the shoe.
So my solutions are:
1) To be more concerned about I have to let the shoes dry after training (ok, this is my bad, I was lazy as hell)
2) Buy wider and grippier insoles
3) Fixing the insoles to the shoe
As anyone had problems related to this and tried 2 and 3? Any recommendation of what glue to use, or any special insole on the internet that worked great?
