A table tennis 11 seller had recommended a combination on a forum: Neottec Revolution + Vega Europe as something very good at a lower cost for beginners with a lot of control. I'll post the original link here ( In French but you can translate ) :

The Revolution seems a little and stiff to me. I would choose Amagi all+ instead even though it is twice as expensive…

Can you give me your review on Neottec Amagi All+?
I ordered it cause I am looking for an alternative to my 1 ply port orford cedar? Hoping it will have heavy backspin pushes, spinny serves and loops. And crisp as 1 ply POC.

No retailed review, just a few opinions.
It has been said before, no other design feels like a 1 ply blade.

The Amagi all+ will be a lot slower than Your 1 ply.
It is not very crisp, quite the opposite due to its limited thickness (5.5mm)
It has a lot of flex and easy to loop and serve with. It is on the small side and very light.
To me its a perfect beginners blade, but I don't think you are looking for this.
