Need Rubber recommendation

I don't play at nearly a professional level, therefore my understanding of which rubbers to utilise is limited.
I play with a penhold grip and utilise a lot of chop and smashes on both sides.
What would be the best rubber to use within a reasonable budget?

Reason for the limited budget option is because I will go all out on building a new blade once I get better, which is why I'm going with the affordable choice for now. Currently using a carbon fibre blade(prospin)
