and i am not gonna lie,i want to test the Genextion,i think Nittaku has a quality to it,but not the marketing here in the western hemisphere like BTY.
But i never played a Nittaku Blade,Rubber,Ball, etc which was crap?Or does anyone say a Nittaku product was "garbage"?
That alone made me like the brand, but the price inflation with new rubbers is really a problem, especially for Lower income people and kids, who probably have the Talent to play with them and get more out of it than most of us.

Is this just same Acoustic Carbon with different handle or this is new blade?
I guess you can call it a new blade since they shaved off the wings a bit. But composition is completely the same. FE carbon. 5.5mm thickness for the carbon versions.

I really liked the feel of the Acoustic but the handle was way too small and I ended up selling it. Now I'm seriously considering getting a G-REVISION since it seems to be fixing a lot of the issues with the handle. I also appreciate thinning down the wings too since they definitely were wider than the blades I've played with since.

Unfortunately it comes out on June 1st and I'm only going to be in Tokyo until May 31st. I'm actually considering changing my flight to a few days later just to buy one lol
damn, i just got to yokohama and was gonna look for one after reading this thread today. Its wild how cheap stuff is here compared to America.

A low yen makes it cheaper for international buyers. Seiger PK50 is only $30 here in Vietnam, for example. And stuff like G-1 are approaching $30 if I buy it in Japan. With some value Chinese brands like 729 and Loki selling their higher end rubbers for $20-$30 on Aliexpress, Nittaku is now a more viable option even for value hunters like me.
its true, i just got victas triple double extra for 28 buck and a Yasaka Masamune for 90 in yokohama. no sign of the new nittakus tho. large handles are seemingly rare, as well. Have to go to Tokyo for that.
importing stuff to your country may still make sense even after the middleman takes their cut. Think Nishohi has a lot of stuff for sale direct from japan

The first time I meet banana flip or Chiquita is in the description of rubber from the manufacturer.

Ordered one myself. LOL I couldn't wait. the prices on TT11 are too good rn.

Looking at the measurements on the official site they look to be the same or smaller. Hope its more comfortable than the Korbel I have now.
lesgoo, which one did you get, I got the inner carbon to see if I can get more kick than my sg acoustic

I just went for the all-wood version. Heard so many things over the years I’ve been dying to get one. Not quite at the level to use carbon yet, but if I ever get there and like this I will def get an NAIC in the future. Interested to hear how this new handle compares to the SG as I read that’s the Goldilocks.

Update, got it in today, the Revision acoustic carbon inner FL handle is the same as my SG FL , I can't say anything ab the ST handle but FL feels good ! For reference I measured the circumference of bottom of the handles (9.5cm) and put the bottom of the two paddles together, they're the same measurements and size. The top part of the handle before it touches the head (below the thumb area) is (8.2-8.3 cm in circumference) Yes, Ik it's not a perf circle, but using a tape measure to wrap around the handle is what I refer to as circumference.
Dream blade, haven't tried it, been looking for a carbon SG acoustic for a while now , finally found it ! Can update once more when I try it if there's traction on this thread

Awesome man! Thanks for the review. I never played with any Nittaku blade, but I hope these Revisions play just as well (or better) than the originals. Can’t wait to get mine in & glued up.
