Non-tacky maximum spin but minimum speed rubber

I'm thinking about testing a certain type of rubber.

Think of it like this:
-Topsheet with easy, relatively automatic, top level spin and grip with a high throw and catapult. Think of the topsheet from Dignics 05 and Nuzn 50/55

-Neutral, high control sponge, without tension or doming. Think of the sponge from Mark V and Sriver

Requirements:
-No tackiness, also applies to hybrid semi-tacky
-Release date of 2015 or later for the current plastic ball

Preferred but not required:
-Durable topsheet
-Sponge hardness below 50 degrees ESN scale

Whether it's Chinese, Japanese, or ESN made is not important.

Doric Slice CS, around 47 degrees, non sticky, very spiny, but with a fragile sponge, glue removing leaves craters.

Spinlord Marder 2, half sticky, thin fragile topsheet with long pips, the sponge is similar to Mark V, with better spin and control.

Dr Neubauer Dominance Spin Hard, sticky like H3, can hold the ball for 1–2 seconds, with age can have a negative dome that requires a booster for fixing. Around 47 degrees.

Andro Backside 2 and 3, never use them, but they are something that you can consider.

Prov. H3N OS 37 degrees will be below 50 ESN scale and will surpass all of the above rubbers in spin and durability.

Thanks for the suggestions but they're not quite right. Donic Slice CS seems a little interesting but it only goes up to 1.5mm and I have also had problems regarding durability from Donic.

The rest are all tacky to some extent and the main requirement was that it's not. Not sure why you think any Hurricane would be what I'm looking for.

Thanks for the suggestions but they're not quite right. Donic Slice CS seems a little interesting but it only goes up to 1.5mm and I have also had problems regarding durability from Donic.

The rest are all tacky to some extent and the main requirement was that it's not. Not sure why you think any Hurricane would be what I'm looking for.

Sory, I was reading topsheet like NUZN, but did not read that you are not looking for hybrids.

These are likely more bouncy than what you're aiming for, but when I think of nontacky, highly grippy but not that bouncy rubbers both VS>401 and Helix M come to mind. Far from slow but also not modern-style bouncy like your MXPs and Rasanters

So the VS 401 came out before 2015 and it's also really hard at 57.5 degrees.

Would the Helix M be more or less bouncy than Nuzn 50? I'm using the Nuzn 50 right now and would just love a slower version of it. The Nuzn 45/48 are of lower quality than the 50/55 so unfortunately those won't work.

Wouldn't Hexer grip be slower with the same spin?

I did actually try powergrip once and I didn't like it but the topsheet was very worn out and it was on a blade I didn't like.

Slower with less spin most likely. Just a guess, never tried Grip. Did try Powergrip and remember it as very spinny but slow. Soft topsheet, very easy to grab the ball and spin it.
