Old racket from 1962 / 1963

Hey guys, a friend of mine has sent me some pictures of his dad's racket. He has bought it 1962 or 1963. My friend now would like to know whether it is worthwile to sell it?!

I have played with this racket it used to be sold in dubai in 80's for 25 dirhams. [emoji848]

Someone said, that it's quite rare and you can sell it. He could sell it for around 80 euro a few years ago.

Your friend's dad missed the date, because this series was released in 1973, one year after the the 22 times world champion Barna Viktor's death. Barna blades exist since the 30's, Dunlop begun to make TT products to the advise of Viktor Barna. Dunlop Barna blades were made from the 50's.
The Dunlop Barna Original series is more common than the slightly older ones.
These infos are coming from my ex-coach, who collects blades and probably the biggest old-blade expert in Hungary (and probably he is among the biggest experts in Europe too).
