Hello, haven't posted in a while but a friend gave me his turbo blue recently. It's in fairly good condition, he played it only 2 times or so.

I haven't really used this specific version. What's your opinion on this? What blade have you felt it's played well on? Currently I can chose to put it either on my viscaria (90g), or intensity (80g). What would be a better choice?

The rubber is very heavy, it also depends on which setup weight you prefer. Is 200+- OK, take Viscaria, otherwise, take Intensity. The rubber is also quite hard. What thickness do you have? It is produced in 1,4 1,8 and 2,0 afaik.

It says super thick on it, is that 2.0? Then probably intensity is the move?

Yes, it's 2.0.

I like Viscaria, if 200g is OK, I'd take it. But it's just my preference, and also I never had Intensity, so can't really provide info here.

If you like to hit hard, the rubber is great, well apart from the weight...

Hardest and also heaviest rubber I've ever tried. I feel like the Nittaku Turbos also lack arc and grip on harder hits compared to DHS, the sponge technology is different, they also don't react to boost as well as with DHS

The weight may be a problem if that's the case, my intensity setup is about 170g with the t05 and vega, if it's that heavy then I'll stick on the intensity and see how it feels.

Noticed it was hella heavy when I got it, don't know about hardness. I guess I'll find out tomorrow.
