Thanks for your feedback. How's Hammond z2? Is it easy to use? Can you compare it with D05 or Glayzer 05?
Yesterday during training I've tried the Hammond Z2 Max on forehand of Xiom 36.5 ALX - it's a great rubber, it has a great feeling of grabbing well the ball, it is very fast and very spinny. No difficult to use but surely a bit demanding.

I went ahead and bought Ovtcharov Inner Force Alc 90gms, pairing it with D09c FH and Stiga DNA Platinum H BH. I took a break from TT and started practising again. I used this setup for a few rallies and games, it felt very heavy on my hand and switching between FH and BH was difficult. I immediately switched and started using my FZD ALC again.

Things I didn't like
  • Though overall weight with rubbers Ovt ALC is less, FZD feels lighter in hand coz of the head-heavy nature of Ovt ALC. Ovt ALC is 190 gms, and FZD ALC is 193 gms (with rubbers).
  • I felt Ovt ALC produces less arc compared to my FZD ALC, tested both of them with D09c in FH.
  • I tried Stiga DNA Platinum H for the first time to replace my D05(Stiga is a little cheaper). I didn't like it at all. It lacked the bite of D05. It's a very new rubber and maybe a little break-in time is required. But still, D05's feel is different compared to DNA Platinum and D05 felt more controlled and the bite of the ball for BH receive is awesome.
Things I liked
  • It's an awesome blocking machine with D09c. It was effortless to send it in compared to FZD.

I'll again give it a try since it was only a brief. But overall playing with FZD felt more natural to react compared to Ovt ALC.
