Ovtcharov Innerforce ALC Butterfly vs Donic

i threw my ovtcharov innerfroce blade. I want to buy either a new Ovtcharov innerforce alc, but i am also thinking about the Donic No. 1 Sonso or the JO waldnerGold edition has someone tested these and can compare them. Maybe even compare them to the w968. Thank you in advance.

The closest one out of these to a blade I use(W968) is the waldner. It’s actually a very good blade which kinda surprised me because I didn’t like sonic blades. The donic Ovtcharov senso blade felt hollow and kinda trash. The core of Ovtcharov alc feels to hard and is hard to hit though. Consider either long 5 or waldner

If you like your Ovt Innerforce alc, then there's nothing really close to it available.
It is almost as fast as a Viscaria, with a thicker core and two thin Limba wood layers above the alc, but still has tons of dwell time. Downside I felt is that its head is a little bigger and it is hard to switch FH-BH for me, but again, it's the same case with w968 also, I guess. So I feel if you really got used to the Ovt Innerforce alc, then buy the same again.

Yeah, no other innercarbon blade is as fast as this. nowhere near. It is faster than a few outer carbon blades, too.
Yet still it retains good control and a great dwell time.

ok little Update i got a donic ovtcharov no.1 senso for a steal. I couldn´t resist. The Donic is a lot slower, with a bit better control. The handle is smaller and for me the transition from forehand to backhand is easier in my opinion. But to get power you have to work a lot more and the blade is a lot more flexible(not a bad thing)

I wanted to try Anders Lind Hexacarbon too, just because that it has a Koto outer and inner fibre blade, a little different combination.

I also play the ovtcharov no.1 senso. Played my best season with this blade a little bit slower but still fast enough and great Control. I Have a lot Buttefly blades in my collection, Freitas alc, franziska zlc, Harimoto salc. i like the Donic senso most.

Paired it with dignics 09c on forehand and dignics 05 on backhand. So far I did not have a hollow feeling. Tomorrow and on saturday I got training will update after that.

After Training the donic, feels a lot softer, and slower. It has higher arc and more control I fell like, but for me it misses the power. Butterfly Ovtcharov seems like the whole package compared. Little less control, little less arc but still very good arc, with more power. Bit stiffer but not stiff at all.

It would be my no:1 if
- It would be a little lighter
- The handle wasn’t so puny..

Small update on my blade journey.
Switched completely to Donic Ovtcharaov Senso No.1 awesome blade for me. Very good touch and flex. I also got a Donic original Senso No.1 (should be same blade but renamed after Dima left Donic). Original Senso feels way worse then ovtvharov Senso. Feels very dead to me. Also the handle is bigger.

So it was rumored that they used w968 maybe numbers version but i am not sure for the ovtcharov on. I think they completely changed the manufacturer later. The blades are not even close to the being the same.

I got both blades used from Ebay. And if somebody has the chance to get a ovtcharov senso no.1 for a good price i would tell him to get it. Best blade I ever used.

I understand, it would be best to play one first, but in Europe there are not as many. If youre not in asia, I think you could try Prott
