Park Youngsook and Yang Haeun crowned Women's Doubles Champions!

Park Youngsook and Yang Haeun have managed to take their first title as a partnership in the ITTF World Tour as they are crowned Women’s Doubles Champion’s at the 2013 ITTF World Tour Korean Air Korean Open on Sunday 7th April. The incredible duo were sensational in front of their host nation, the crowd were electrifying!

On route to the final the fantastic pairing overcame many, in the last 16 they overcame Fukuhara Ai (JPN) and Hirano Sayaka (JPN) in three sets to one (11-6, 9-11, 16-14, 11-5), in the quarter-final they faced Cheng I-Ching (TPE) and Huang Yi-Hua (TPE) who they defeated in three straight sets (11-8, 11-9, 11-1). In the semi-final they were to face Feng Tianwei (SIN) and Yu Mengyu (SIN) who they managed to dispose of in three sets to one (11-5, 11-13, 11-9, 11-5).

The final saw the talented duo who both recently played in Guangzhou at the Times Property World Team Classic overcome Jeon Jihee (KOR) and Lee Eunhee (KOR) in four games (11-9, 11-8, 9-11, 11-8) to clinch the title.
