timeslots for morning, noon, evening and night respectively:

8:00am - 12:00pm, 1:00pm - 3:00pm, 4:00pm - 7:00pm, 8:00pm - 10:00pm

i dont recommend going to noon bc it is usually empty (as in theres nobody there)

its free to come in and play so dont be intimidated (though you have to be careful if there is anyone extorting entry fees from you; AFAIK this case only happened during the morning session)
