I’m currently thinking of a scoreboard project with some key features in mind, and I’d love to get your feedback.

Here’s what I’m thinking:
  • Video Stream Integration: The scoreboard would be used to show live scores in video streams, allowing viewers to keep track of the match in real-time.
  • Match Statistics: It would display match statistics, like percentage of points won on serve, the biggest lead, point trends, etc., directly on screen.
  • Event Tracking for Video Analysis: The system would connect match events with video, making it easier to analyze later. For example, you could pinpoint where you lost points on your serve or track specific game patterns.
What I’m still deciding on is whether this should be a physical digital scoreboard or if a tablet would be a better option.

I’d love to hear your thoughts on the pros and cons of each. Which one would you prefer at your events, and why?

Thanks in advance for your insights!
