The bottomline is, I'm not sure why you are so fixated on those two blades. I can literally think of at least 10 blades just off top of my head that will work for your style, at probably 1/2 the costs.

Basically, I just want the best blade for me. And I like these two. As, Long 5 is used by the best player in the world. And Viscaria is definitely the most famous blade all over the world.

The most popular blade and rubbers may not be suitable for your game. This is part of why testing equipment is so much fun as there are thousands of variations, probably more. Don't get hung up on blades or rubbers used by national players. Pick equipment to suit your style, not someone else's
