I've never played with an SALC or ZLC blade so can't compare with these blades.
At least my CNF is quite "slow" when using not much power 1) but it speeds up significantly when hitting hard(er). Faster than my V14Pro and 729 Blue Arylate. First reaction from my training partners was to ask if I was using a new rubber and not my usual H3s

Spin on these hard loops seems to be at least as high as with V14Pro and 729BA.
Overall both Telson Speed and Telson CNF are very high quality blades. Little sanding if any needed (like Butterfly blades), they seem to be factory sealed, dimensions (blade face, wings, handle) match exactly, thickness is as far as I can tell spot on.
1) haven't had the time to do a back to back test with my heavier YEO (93g) but I would say that the CNF is not faster with low power inputs
