The Quanshibao F1 is a good rubber. First I tried it on a Lin Yun-Ju blade which was not mine and it felt like STN, spinny, quite hard, bit flat arc. Funnily it didn't feel particularly fast on this blade for sure around STN speed which is not bad but not special, but it felt hard and not fast enough to consider much.

One player gave me a barely used sheet to try out. I glued it on my "2nd" Wang Manyu blade (which is actually my first one, but since I did tear a bit of top ply off then fixed it with liquid wood filler I moved it to 2nd blade)
Anyway this rubber is good. Maybe the racket is too good but the rubber is good too.

I'll give you my very best analogy: it's like a boosted H3N BS when the booster is starting to wear off the Hurricane. It's not worn off yet, it's still like 80% but it's still very capable. Like imagine you have the best H3N BS boosted up and in primetime nothing, abosolutely nothing is as good. That 1-2 weeks time is the peak, the very same rubber and paddle will never be as good. (only if you buy a new rubber and boost it perfect again)
Then you get to week 4-5 and it is still very good but you can't make the same shots with the same speed and spin anymore but you put it on the table good enough and you still do some magical shots just a bit slower.
Well I would put the Quanshibao-F1 around this time. It has the same feeling ball holding, dragging topsheet with tons of contact time, but it's quite fast too. Almost as fast as Glayzer, maybe around 80% as fast on simple bounce test. That is a very impressive speed for an unboosted tacky Chinese rubber.
Sponge feels very similar to H3BS 40deg around 4-5 time after boosting the topsheet feels like that too. Tackyness is there but like H3 after boosting and 4-5 weeks too, which is plenty good.

The Power F1 feels like some DHS H3 BS beta rubber in case somehow boosting was banned and enforced so they have some immediate backup... Is it perfect or best? Nope. Is it good? Very.

Actually an unboosting H3N BS has some advantages too, a bit better control over the table, bit longer contact time on weaker shots, a bit lighter, (yeah this rubber cut is around 47-48g, not bad at all).

With the Wang Manyu blade it feels much faster than with the LYJ, more bouncy, more soft, less deflective and eats the ball more.

On my Wang Manyu blade it's better than Hovering dragon spec, LAC Pro, STN, B3, and competes with H3N BS Prov at 40deg. I can imagine it working with H301, Cybershape, W968 blades since it's quite fast. I think it absolutely doesn't work with too hard blades.

The biggest downside of this rubber you can only buy from Taobao or from Fang Bo's circle. But I would encourage people to try superbuy or parcelup etc to get it. Maybe it's jumping a few hoops but I think it's worth it.

1 month and around 40-50 hours later I can say the same as before. The topsheet looks just as when I got the rubber, tack is not worse than recent H3, can pick up the ball but doesn't hold it much, but I didn't have any issues with the tack or grip so I would say it's more than sufficient.

I used it in the most hot weather ever. Like 35 degrees indoors and 43 outdoors, humidity at 70% indoors, I literally sweat my butt off.
I don't see any wear on the rubber, no bubbles, no oxidation, nothing at all. I do use a plastic protector after play but I don't even use any cleaner, just breathe on the rubber and rub it with my palm.

I don't feel any particular break in or softening of the sponge. Maybe a smidge but it's less than what Butterfly rubbers do during break in.

I'm very happy with this rubber on my FH side and I have bought a few extra sheets.
I will glue one on my recently acquired Ice Cream AZX Pro ALC side and a Glayzer on BH side but I'm a bit scared if I will like that paddle as much as the Inspira Plus.

I'm actually in the pursuit of converting both my FH and BH according to what Chinese coaches are telling me and it's a bit of a struggle but also a bit of a fun. So right about now I'm a but hesitant to switch gears, but I feel the rubber can take the AZX blade even tho I said too hard might not be the way.

If somone gave me a H3BS that is starting to de-boost and this rubber in a blind test on different days I'm not sure I could tell which is which.
