I started playing early this year with a dhs-4002 premade bat (g888 and hurricane II), and by now I have at least 100 hours of playing (right now I'm playing about 60 hours per month). I tested a bat with rasant/rasanter and felt a big difference, the thing is right now I can't afford it, so I was wondering if I could use baby oil on the g888/hurricaneII sponge, would it have a beneficial effect or it would make it even worse? I don't expect to stay much long with those rubbers so I'm thinking about buying some cheap rubbers (kokutaku 868/729 general) while I cant buy the more expensive rubbers. So I also wonder if boosting works with the 729 and kokutaku.
