Can anyone please tell me which rubber has a higher sponge hardness on the ESN scale? Additionally, if someone who has used both of these rubbers could share their experience, that would be especially helpful. Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Sponge hardness is actually quite similar, however the Rakza 7 feels noticibly softer due to the softer topsheet. The topsheet of the T05 is rather sturdy (and more under tension) compared to the Rakza 7.
That being said, Yasaka doesn't provide a specific sponge hardness in many cases. As for the Rakza 7, Yasaka states the hardness between 45 - 50° ESN (so in theory it should even out at 47.5°). T05 has 36° Shore A, which translates to roughly 47° as well.

Yes, you got it right. Shore A scale (mostly adopted in China and Japan ) is convertible into Shore О (as adopted in Germany). The correlation between the two hardness scales is as follows
HO = НА + 10,
HA = HO -- 10
