Hi guys
So couple of weeks ago I was in Denmark in the Guinness world records museum, and i ran into this great machine of reaction speed test which has its own world record at pushing the buttons in one minute, 114 times!

What do you think about this machine in table tennis aspect? Does this kind of training could be efficient on daily basis? Or do you think it is best practicing it only while young and the nervous system is still in thorough development?

Interested about your opinion

the video that you put is definitely going to help but I am little ambivalent on how much , from my experience you need to provide your nervous system stimuli similar to what you are going to get on a table tennis table or during matches ... the closest I can think of is something similar to the ttedge app , may be on a wii or a Play station on a VR Headset ... the stimuli and the response has to mimic the reality , only then the reflexes that you store in your ganglia are going to work for you ...

If you look at 0:28 Wang Liqin was doing a reaction training. I think it will definitely help. But modelling the TT movement like in the video would be better.

Passionate about TT
