Hi guys
So couple of weeks ago I was in Denmark in the Guinness world records museum, and i ran into this great machine of reaction speed test which has its own world record at pushing the buttons in one minute, 114 times!
What do you think about this machine in table tennis aspect? Does this kind of training could be efficient on daily basis? Or do you think it is best practicing it only while young and the nervous system is still in thorough development?
Interested about your opinion
