Recommend a BH rubber

I've been recommended to try Tenergy 19 by a club mate who used to use it.
I don't have the opportunity to try one before buying, anyone here used it who could recommend or not on BH side?

I don't mind trying something like these as I'm moving past X Soft. I'm experimenting with Rakza Z at the moment as it's my FH rubber anyway and it's interesting. Great in serves and short game and, with enough power in the stroke, can generate really good shots!
I think a rubber with more catapult will be easier to use though as the Z needs a fair bit of racket speed to be dangerous for me on BH.

Would you recommend T05 on BH?

Sure, T05 is great. So is T19 for BH. T19 is a bit softer so might be easier to use.
Just you need to accept that these are bouncy and sensitive rubbers. You might win more points in rallies and lose more over the table. I think Vega Japan is nice, so are G-1, C-1. Fastarcs super durable too.

my favorite backhand rubbers:

xiom omega 5 euro
victas ventus extra
tibhar el-s or el-p
xiom vega x

they all don’t have a lot of catapult but still bit more spice for the compact stroke. years ago i would advice for something softer but since the plasticball it just doesn’t make sense for me. the catapult is to much for a controlled game and the spin and speed is not enough to get a quality shot, so i sometimes have the feeling that softer sponges tend to be less controlled then they were 10 years ago

tenergy 19 is nice and more controlled then 05 due to a softer topsheet. but i think it just lacks something compared to modern esn rubbers like vega x, ventus extra, hexer powergrip, evolution rubbers. they are way more dynamic and abit more spin then t19 and are mostly cheaper with sales and everything. but if you only can get butterfly in your area then it is of course a good backhand rubber if 05 is just too much (and it is for me).

Victas V>11 and Mizuno Q Quality are two of the best BH rubbers I've tried.

Gewo Nexxus Superselect 45° is the best I found for my BH. Codexx 52° and Loki Telson are also very very good, but too low angle for me.

I'll try Vega Europe H and Bluegrip S1 soon to ceck if they can be an upgrade from the Gewo.
