Recommend very slow very spinny very cheap setup plz

Hi.

I tend to use waaay too much power (even arm only shots are not controllable) in my shots so I want to experiment with a super super slow racket. Anyone have any suggestions?

There are a huge range of cheaper Chinese rubbers you could look at like 729 Super FX. This is horrendously cheap and hard and tacky so gets pretty decent spin. I think at one point they were selling for less than 10 euros a sheet!

I got the same problem, i had to use a DHS PF4-1 ±1.2mm rubber from a premade racket in order to get my BH strokes on the table.

So try something like that: Sticky rubber on a thin sponge and see how it goes

Power is not a problem, it depends on technique. But untuned DHS Skyline 2 is great for hard shots and hard to beat in terms on spin. The mentioned PF4 can be even better.

2mm Reflectoid on a LKT Instinct. Don't get the Instinct+, it is faster.
Reflectoid is slow but not as slow as claimed.
I also like LKT XT Pro. It is a little faster than Reflectoid but not by much.
Geo Spin tacky is slow.
H3 commercial is a little faster and harder but I still think of it as slow.

I agree with PF4-1. Another one to try could be 729 GeoSpin Tacky.

Even slower, change the sponge to BLutenkirsche Japan.

DHS H3 Control Version is also very slow.
