Rubber cleaner advice

Dear everyone!
I just got a rubber cleaner as a gift from a friend. It is called Butterfly Spin Refresh.

How can I best use this?

1 pump?
0,5 pump?

First on the sponge, then on the rubber, vice versa?
Let it dry by air? Dry it someway else?

Thanks for the help, and sorry for this beginner question. But I don't want to damage the rubber by using this product wrongly.

Spray it on the rubber. Wipe it gently with the sponge. after spraying, don't spread the dust and grit on the rubber around with the sponge; instead, wipe it off the paddle with the sponge.

Use as many sprays as needed. 1 spray is usually enough

Dry it by air; you can just wave your paddle around
