Very different rubbers, not sure as to why you are cross shopping these two as they were built for quite different purposes.
FXS is soft and bouncy, typical soft Euro style rubber. G09C is a mild hybrid with an emphasis on linearity and control. FXS is much faster and a lot bouncier and more automatic, but G09C is much more manageable in defensive and control situations imo
