Serving with BH rubber

Does anyone here serve with their BH rubber and then twiddle? Thinking about doing this because the BH rubber is generally softer and easier to engage.

Only pips players do that. If you have problems serving with the fh rubber, then maybe you need to work on service.

I do server with BH rubbers, but don't twiddle, just normal bh underside or top side spin server, short or long, depends who is your opponent.

I am not sure if I want to engage the sponge when I serve short. And i am too used to serve with tacky rubber on my FH.
