Should I use non ITTF approved rubbers?

I have a few non ITTF approved rubbers(Bloom Power, Sanwei T88…) from my local store, in Beijing. Should I use them as my main for the low price or should I spend more on better rubbers. For those who may be concerned I play semi pro

I think if you want play official tournaments based on ITTF rules, is better no use. Same with speed-glue for example. If you no play official tournaments, who cares?
