Where can I buy this blade? I would like to get one in Flare.

second hand market,those are old blades and some of them are hard as .... to get.
Or you try a Myabi from Nittaku or Single plies who are still produced.
SO probably Ebay or Yahoo AUctions (you can get a Kotaku Bishu there as most common single Ply).
In a German TT Forum there are maybe some to sell from the Community,as you might get it here on the site.

this was a prototype. eventually joola produced this in Jpen only in mass markets about 10 years ago.
