I am glad that setup has helped you up your game the way it has. That is pretty darn cool in my book.

Yes it really help a lot. I just focus on technique and can trust the paddle to do it's job. Plus it feels so much better to hit with.

So much equipment in TT that it is nice to read the posts here and get real advise on what to buy. That way I don't question if I bought the right thing anymore.

Anyway, now onto working towards 1600. I still need to strengthen my serve, BH and flips to get there.

Worrying about hitting the ball in the middle of the bat, staying on balance on time impacting in middle of strike zone has a lot more value than exactly what one's setup is, but the setup plays a part of course.
