I got a new blade today, but the handle is very smooth and could slip out of my hand. Any ideas on how to make the handle with more friction?

Is it a flared handle?
If it is you don't have to worry.
If it's a straight handle try a thin grip tape.

Wilson Pro Sensation is among the thinnest. It's made for Tennis rackets so you only need about 1/3 of a tape to wrap a TT racket if you want it to be as thin as possible.
