With good technique and power, 09C for sure. But 05 is also great, and the sponge is softer and easier to activate. And the top sheet is much more durable.
D09c durability is half that of D05, so if you do the math it is twice as expensive :(

If you're a brush looper (like you do with Chinese tacky style rubbers), you'll likely get more spin out of the 09C, but if you're more of a euro-style looper you'll likely get more spin out of 05. Either one can produce massive spin with the right technique, as others have said.

Just remember that it's your arm movement that's creating the spin, not the rubber.:)

Short answer: D09C

Long answer: It depends on your technique

Both rubbers have high very spin potential. Potential being the keyword here. The spin will only come if you have the technique to get it out of the rubbers.

If your technique isnt good enough, then you will find Tenergy 05 generating better spin levels, because its easier to get the maximum spin out of these rubbers.
