Globe 999, 729, Hurricane 3?

i do not think so, of course there are different versions of both globe 999 and H3 but they are not that sticky. On the other hand you might be correct with a729.
I remember my coach once showing off with a rubber where
the ball just about had to be shaken off the blade. He pressed the ball on to the blade , lifting it off the table and counting to 15 before the ball came off.
None of the H3 or globe 999 can do that.
I think it was a Battle 2

Grippy, I like, but sticky? Not so much.

Wholeheartedly agree ! Stickiness is something that holds me back and I have to work harder to overcome it. Grip on the other hand i can make work
for myself in many ways.
I have been known to smear a bit of talcum powder on my H3 and then wash off. It takes the initial stickiness away and i can play
with the rubber for a long time without it changing.

Hallo everyone,
whats your thought about the stickiest rubber of all time ? Which rubbers would be your top 3?
From my personal experience: Friendship Battle 2. A boosted sheet could hold a ball for 9 secs but sadly I had deleted that video.

Can someone give me an explanation...
What are the advantages and disadvantages of tacky rubber?
compared to grippy rubber
Advantatages:
1. More spinny = good for service
2. Linear feeling. Hence you are more in control
3. Hard tacky = more vibration = more feeling

Disadvantages:
1. Need to use more own strength
2. More athletics needed.

I came from tacky rubber before abandoning it towards Euro / ESN rubber under advise by my coach. You need to have a coach who is using it to be able to help you use it to its full potential. Outside of China, unless you have a coach who has been trained the chinese way, it is not easy to use.

I disagree here. The stickiness does not effect hard strokes much, but makes it a little easier to push. That You need to be the Hulk to use is a myth. I don't think its harder to play than a hard ESN rubber.
More spinny... Naaah (only for soft shots).

Yeah, I agree.

I would add sticky rubber is better with used balls, if the ball gets worn and shiny the sticky rubber still grips it almost the same (if not better), while grippy rubber can slip.

The most sticky rubber I ever seen and tried is H8. It can lift a ball basically until the cows come home. It's stickier than B2 or H3 or Big Dipper, not like it matters a lot but H8 can lift the ball the longest. But in gameplay I don't particularly feel any difference between any of these just regarding the stickiness.

H8 > B2 >=H3 > Big Dipper >Tibhar K2 > D09c.

H8 > B2 >=H3 > Biduk >Tibhar K2 > D09c.

Vega China VM very sticky

I mean I wish I had somehow someone to even call a coach. I am just a german trying to find his right rubber.
currently playing with a Balzy Off+ wood Andro Hexer Powergrip FX and Rasant R42. My playstyle is allround + I guess. Mainly I focus on my serves. It‘s mainly the pendulum serve with x variations. On the Otter Hand I want to be fast aus poss and get as much spin I could get. On the first they where I got my rubber and practiced it was super sticky(I think on booth sides) And it felt amazing, because my self thought topspins are mainly very soft with tonns of sidespin. It increased the velocity after hitting the table x5. I just want that feeling of rubber permamently thats why I asked for the stickiest because all of em gonna loose grip After using serval times. Any recommandations ?

Based on this, probably what you meant when you asked about the "stickiest" rubber, is the rubber that generates the most spin. Which could be the grippiest rubber. But from the setup you described, you are using grippy, (NON-TACKY) rubbers. And from above, it also sounds like one of your main concerns is how long the rubber lasts.

There are a lot of rubbers that are very good at generating spin. There are a few that last long. I am not so sure any of the above posts really were addressing the actual questions you are looking for answers to.

sorry to have to ask this, i do not want to be patronizing.

But anyway :
Do you wash, with a little water, your sticky rubbers {at least} after every session and then cover the rubber with a plastic sheet ?
The sticky rubbers are "dirt magnets" and not meticulously cleaning them makes them feel like a 5 dollar rubber in no time . I can I go without problems for over 6 months with a sticky rubber but sometimes I clean them even in the middle of a training session.

Lodro, read what he says his rubbers are. Hexer Power Grip and Rasanter R42. Which one of those is a tacky rubber? If your answer is neither, you get the prize: HE IS NOT USING TACKY OR STICKY RUBBER.

You do still need to clean your rubbers. But they are not tacky rubbers.

Of course I do clean them with proper rubber cleaner and wash it off with a sponge. After playing a long training session or ending one. I allways clean my rubber and cover it up with rubber protection. I just Need/want a rubber with more stickiness or at least a stronger grip on the ball. I am looking for some rubbers thats why I wanted to know the stickiest and get it, so I can get one rubber which is sticky enough for me and spinny as my hexer powergrip.
and yeah been a long journey my thread
