Mate, I don't own Newgy but I do have the Suz s303 model, which I think is the next version from the 201. I bought it from the company store on Ali and it was priced for less than a third of the Newgy that my friend owns - $900 as opposed to $2800 AUD. While I was initially quite reluctant and perhaps anxious, I am quite happy with my decision. The robot has served me well so far, though I haven't used it to it's fullest potential due to space limitations in my garage.
The robot comes with a handbook and a comically large remote with pre-set options as well as buttons for topsin and underspin. The robot head can be moved in 360 degrees to emulate sidespin / kick serves.
