If you guys are particular about the quality of the stream, try accessing the TV Tokyo Youtube stream for a better viewing experience. It's streaming at 60fps while ITTF's youtube stream is only at 30fps. You will need VPN though if you are outside Japan.

Doesn't matter. The source is filmed at 30fps. Streaming at 60fps means you're simply duplicating the same frame twice.
