Jan-Ove is known as the ‘Mozart’ of table tennis. He is a former Olympic and multiple World Champion and many people view him as the greatest ever table tennis player. In China he is hero worshipped and has even been immortalised on one of their stamps! He’s still playing at an unbelievably high level and recently won the*ITTF Legends Annual Table Tennis Challenge Event.*

Jörgen is a former multiple World Champion and along with his fellow Swedish team mate Jan-Ove is viewed as one of the greatest ever table tennis players. In the 2008 Beijing Olympics at the age of 42 he astounded expectations and captured the hearts of the Chinese fans by reaching the semi-finals of the men’s singles and narrowly missing out on a medal.

A celebration of the legendary Swedish Table Tennis Players in the world’s oldest surviving Victorian music hall!
The evening's entertainment includes:
A special 16 player challenge tournament made up of past Wilton’s tournament winners and some of the best players from the UK & Abroad.*
Exhibition match between Jan-Ove Waldner and Jörgen Persson
Q&A: Questions will be invited from the audience
Footage of the players in action charting their illustrious careers
One point sudden death tournament. Entry will be open to everyone, bring your bats along!
Challenge match finale between special 16 person tournament winner and the Waldner/Persson winner

The table tennis will be staged on one table in the centre of the auditorium. Cheering, dancing and drinking are actively encouraged. Let the gladiators begin!
Evening expected to sell out, book now to avoid disappointment. Tickets only £5.
Doors open at 7pm – evening starts at 7.30pm with the 16 player challenge tournament.

Don’t miss out the opportunity to play in a major table tennis tournament with the chance to challenge the former Olympic and World Champion Swedish players! Tournament venue is at Fusion TTC’s new 24/7 Central London table tennis venue. Tournament will be played on at least 16 tables and the Legends finals will be staged on one table.
Tournament consists of Senior Men’s & Women’s, & Junior Boys & Girls events. Semi-finalist, runner up and winner from Senior Open event + Ladies and Junior Boys winner join Waldner and Persson in a staged exhibition final.
Cash prizes of at least £200 for the winner of winner of the Senior Men’s event. (this is expected to increase). Food and refreshments available at venue. Free entry for spectators.
