I have the target pro blue and red. The original target national is still harder. The newer ones are easier to spin with.

Thanks, Yogi! I saw some pictures comparing both versions side by side. It seems the Pro version has shorter pips and a thinner top sheet.
Do you personally prefer the Pro version or National version?
 
Red one is slower, it has a classic chinese sponge. The pro blue national seem easier to use and feels a tad softer. I like the pro blue since it is better for hitting aside from spinning the ball.

maybe im not understanding very well what a tacky rubber is, can you please compare two rubbers for me order to have a clear understanding between both, i thought tacky meant to have a very spin and rotation ( because it has a very tacky surface )

Oh, tacky rubber means the topsheet is very sticky. The ball can stick to the top and not fall off. DHS Hurricane 3 is the most common tacky rubber.
