Hello everyone!
I came across this video and was a little confused by what Fang Bo means by inner and outer arc. What I am getting is that in the outer arc, you have to:
(a) extend the shot - I understand this as hitting more in front so the red side of the more visible
(b) Angle of the racket must not be so flat -> has to be a bit more open
(c) I also think he is saying that the loop starts further from the body and kinda "wraps around the ball" and is then driven forward
Am I understanding this correctly?
