Sometimes, it depends on whether you are focused on design/materials, playing style or both. All three will appeal to the same kind of player, but the outer ply being koto vs limba might be a big deal in which case you would prefer the MK Carbon.

That would nowadys be the No. 1 choice for a Viscaria replacement, within the Tibhar portfolio. A few years ago it was the Drinkhall Powerspin Carbon. It is still available and cheaper than the MK Carbon.

I would suggest that the MK Carbon is the closest that you come to Viscaria. Could be that the Alexis Crypto Carbon is a candidate as well, but I have not tried that blade myself yet. Maybe there are reviews elsewhere that could help clarifying.
