If Sidorenko wins, he could jump into the top 10 with those 2000 points but for sure he's top 20 now with the 1400 points for being a finalist!
My post was just a reaction to this pointHe is powerful from both sides, and very complete. But complete players like that are forehand players by definition, same with Sora and Wang Chuqin. It is the ones that sometimes struggle to defend the middle or counterloop with forehand like Harimoto and Lin Shidong or the ones that win a lot of points on backhand to backhand like Felix and LJK that start getting the backhand names lol.
Oh, the Russian backhand tradition is well and alive lol.My post was just a reaction to this point
So we will get to see him at Champions events - that's one of the best things for this year. And maybe Harimoto and Shinozuka can seek vengeance...If Sidorenko wins, he could jump into the top 10 with those 2000 points but for sure he's top 20 now with the 1400 points for being a finalist!
If you're saying that you don't think she's Smash CHAMPION level then you are saying she can't win 😉Rooting for Sidorenko!
WS wise, gonna skip it as not really keen to see another SYS ascension but also don't think KM is really Smash Champion level (not saying she can't win).
His finalist points should put him in the top 20 so as long as he stays healthy, we will see him on the tour for a year in all the premier events.I was hoping for a decider, but that match was exciting regardless! I hope we see more of Sidorenko in the future, he's fun to watch.
They were like heavyweights - I was so surprised that both players could hit the ball so hard, have it land on the table and then surprised when the opponent sometimes actually returned the ball with even more quality - insane stuff. Poor ball...I was hoping for a decider, but that match was exciting regardless! I hope we see more of Sidorenko in the future, he's fun to watch.
